  1. We will contact the best Architect depending on the type of building, whether it's a Residential, Commercial or and Industrial building.
  2. We will discuss, plan and prepare Design Drawings of the relevant building, attended by the Architect
  3. Our Architect and the  Design Engineering Team prepare the Drawings and BOQs for Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services, etc.
  4. We organize a meetings with the client and the engineering team for further discussions and amendments of the preliminary design until the satisfaction of the client.
  5. Once the designs are completed we obtain the approvals from the relevant Authorities 
  6. We organize the Quantity Surveyor (QS) to obtain quotations from the reliable contractors, evaluate and recommend the best proposal to the client
  7. We as a team, take the total responsibility of the construction, complete and hand over the building to the client.

  1. Item returned must be in its original and unused (fully resalable) condition, with all the tags & packaging (undamaged manufacture packaging/box, original warranty cards, freebies and accessories) etc.
  2. Viduli Team shall only accept the return of any product by a customer for any reason after thorough inspection and quality checking by the suppliers.
  3.  Quality Checking: Quality check to be conduct at the prior to accepting returning goods.
  4. We accept returns of any item that has been delivered by mistake compared with the item ordered, and Viduli Team will arrange transport  for delivery.

  7. An exchange or refund will be processed within 4-5 working days by Viduli Team, subject to circumstances beyond the control of Viduli Team which prevents in meeting the timeline or contact-ability of the customer.
  8. Refund of cash by remitting to the customer’s designated credit card / bank account may require further processing time as it is dependent on the relevant bank / institution and for which Viduli Team shall not be liable in any manner
