Pre-conditions for Return and Exchange: Following requirements must to be fulfilled prior to viduli team accepting any item for return and exchange. Viduli Team reserves the right to determine the criteria that satisfies these conditions.
- Item returned must be in its original and unused (fully resalable) condition, with all the tags & packaging (undamaged manufacture packaging/box, original warranty cards, freebies and accessories) etc.
- Viduli Team shall only accept the return of any product by a customer for any reason after thorough inspection and quality checking by the suppliers.
- Quality Checking: Quality check to be conduct at the prior to accepting returning goods.
- We accept returns of any item that has been delivered by mistake compared with the item ordered, and Viduli Team will arrange transport for delivery.
- The Customer must inform our hotline 0771-311555 within 24 hours of delivery.4. Manufacture Defects or damaged on Arrival, Customer must inform customer service hot line WhatsApp 0771-311555 if the product is found to have any technical or manufacture defects on arrival.
- Refund & Exchange Process
- An exchange or refund will be processed within 4-5 working days by Viduli Team, subject to circumstances beyond the control of Viduli Team which prevents in meeting the timeline or contact-ability of the customer.
- Refund of cash by remitting to the customer’s designated credit card / bank account may require further processing time as it is dependent on the relevant bank / institution and for which Viduli Team shall not be liable in any manner
- Refund shall be attended only through bank transfer
